Everything about my stay was fantastic! The room with an open-air bath had gorgeous ocean views, and lounging on the balcony with complimentary sparkling wine was a treat. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff even surprised us with a celebration cake for our anniversary. A perfect getaway!

A shuttle service to Atami station would have been helpful!!! The walk to the hotel involves navigating steep terrain that isn't the most enjoyable. The lounge could use more engaging evening entertainment instead of repetitive hotel promos!!!

the only thing i wished for was more evening entertainment in the lounge.
